"Very nasty" is the easiest way to describe this.  Handle is all aluminum construction and 1" by 5" long.  Outer rubber hose measures 14" from base of handle by 7 - 8" wide.  Inside loop is 12" long by 6 -7" wide.  This is a very nasty toy.  Beware.

Handle is 1" diameter by 5" long.  Holder for the leather strap comes in 3 widths- 1-1/2", 2-1/2" & 3" wide.   All aluminum parts are polished and the strap is over 1/8" thick and over 1 foot long.
